Please Fix App!!!
Every time I try to view cameras I get a Connect Failed Notice.
Update Required!!!
If change the settings.. specially for time out, it doesn’t save the changed setting.
It is there for a while and goes back to default 20,
Needs to be fixed!!

Fix the app!!!!!
Update: More than a month after the previous release it finally works again! Its about time. Make sure you guys test the update before you release it.

New version loads but won’t connect
When iOS 11 came out and this app completely stopped working, I found and successfully used TelecopTest by the same company. This worked fine.
Then I saw a new version of I-smart Viewer came out so I installed and set it up. It won’t connect using the same settings as TelecopTest. One difference is I have to select DVR type on I-smart, so I tried all 3 options and none of them connect.
So I guess I’ll keep using the TelecopTest app. Too bad. It doesn’t ask for a DVR type and works.

App will not connect
After IOS 11 update, App freezes and is timed out when connecting, please debug soon
Needs an update
The developer of this app needs to update to be compatible with Apples new update. The app is not functioning at all as it has been stuck on "connecting" for over 3 weeks now. Please update! I have businesses that depend on it.

I can not beleive that after all this time and after all these people complained, they have not updated the app.
Telecop-i smart viewer works instead ios 11
I have tested the telecop-i smart viewer on the ios 11 and it works great on the wifi and cell data. If anyone has eye max dvr system then its compatible with this app on both iphone and android smart phones.
You can download this and it will solve your issues until further update done on i-smart viewer app.

Really?!
This company needs to simply upgrade their app to work with the current iOS. So nobody can access their cameras remotely until they get it together. No bueno!!

Now I can’t connect to my security system it’s saying I need to update I-Smart but THERE ARE NO UPDATES. HELPPPthis app needs to be UPDATED. Doesn’t work with the new iPhone upgrade

I just updated to IOS11 and the app does not support the update.
Not Compatible With New Update
Great app but I can no longer use it to check my business cameras anymore. The problem occurred when I updated to IOS 11. Please make an update to this app!
