Dont give ADT your money for this it’s not going to work it is always messing up the adt people can’t fix it they tried 4 times doesn’t alert right and the app just flat out doesn’t work for me no videos from my house cameras load it’s a scam! DONT PAY FOR THIS SYSTEM! seriously I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit one day for all the wasted money to them and ADT. Get a Ring or Blink instead no google nest either.

Worst of the worst
I feel completely duped by ADT and this pathetic system. The camera quality is terrible, and on top of that, the software has one of the most ridiculous, frustrating interfaces and functionality I’ve ever used. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
Lags or just doesn’t work
This app needs an update. Last one was two years ago.
Allow half an hour to access footage.
The areas monitored sit there black screened whole play button does nothing.

Good luck getting this set up; and God forbid you have to reinstall the app if you get a new phone. WORST SYSTEM EVER
