Old review: The latest update on this has completely ruined the ability to accurately scroll through different times throughout the day. Each time you go to a date it now jumps forward an hour or two automatically. Please fix this.

Functionality is very poor
I have had this app on the iPhone to watc access two camerasfor over two years, and I have never been slightly satisfied with it. Freezes all the time : zoom in, switch between the cameras, change speed of viewing, scroll back, just looking at it causes freezing. In order to use it after closing the app I have to do a hard close and restart.
After the last update a couple of weeks ago it got even worse, although I thought it was not possible. Now when I try to view an event I switches one hour forward , and it is not possible to view.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this ADT system, and I think I just have to count my losses and replace this junk with something else.
Absolutely do not recommend this app and system.

Time tracking issue
I’ve confirmed the time on the recording unit is accurate proper daylight savings period. The video on the app is displayed accurately when in live view but when searching using the time bar, the replay is always one hour later than what I selected.
Mobile app not working
This app has been incredibly disappointing. It’s currently disconnected and you can’t do any kind of a check on the system with the mobile app. You have to go to the monitor next to the server. It went down four or five days ago. We were never informed and we’ve been told by ADT that they won’t let us know when it comes back up. We’ll just simply need to figure it out

Dont give ADT your money for this it’s not going to work it is always messing up the adt people can’t fix it they tried 4 times doesn’t alert right and the app just flat out doesn’t work for me no videos from my house cameras load it’s a scam! DONT PAY FOR THIS SYSTEM! seriously I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit one day for all the wasted money to them and ADT. Get a Ring or Blink instead no google nest either.

Worst of the worst
I feel completely duped by ADT and this pathetic system. The camera quality is terrible, and on top of that, the software has one of the most ridiculous, frustrating interfaces and functionality I’ve ever used. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
Lags or just doesn’t work
This app needs an update. Last one was two years ago.

Useless
I used to use an for my Wi-Fi camera that was fantastic. The app worked flawlessly on 6 cameras that cost less than $50 each. Wisent’s app that I use for my Hanwha Ethernet Cameras crashes numerous time a day. Simple uploading from their QR code from on top of my NVR is a nightmare. When ADT came out and tried to manually enter the information to my device, it took them several failed attempts to synch it. When I asked the technician how he got it to work, he shrugged his shoulders and said “I have no idea”. The Apple devices that I have are 11 & 17.

Stopped working
The app doesn't work anymore. It won't load the cameras. No matter how many reboots I do it doesn't work.

Every time I try to check my cameras, it does not work. Every time I open the app I just hope it might work. It works every once in a blue moon how can something be a security system but I don’t feel secure if I can’t check my own cameras, and I have to hope and praythat my cameras will finally show

This app is trash. Worked for one fat and then nothing. Both for phone and my camera going in and out. Not going to pay for something I can’t use.

Same connectivity issues
Hanwha needs to address issues with cameras not connecting to app. I have to power cycle nvr daily. Only able to view cams in app 1/10 times I check.
Terrible at loading
Cannot get it to load my cameras hardly ever. No point in having it.
