Dont give ADT your money for this it’s not going to work it is always messing up the adt people can’t fix it they tried 4 times doesn’t alert right and the app just flat out doesn’t work for me no videos from my house cameras load it’s a scam! DONT PAY FOR THIS SYSTEM! seriously I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit one day for all the wasted money to them and ADT. Get a Ring or Blink instead no google nest either.

Worst of the worst
I feel completely duped by ADT and this pathetic system. The camera quality is terrible, and on top of that, the software has one of the most ridiculous, frustrating interfaces and functionality I’ve ever used. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
Lags or just doesn’t work

Useless
I used to use an for my Wi-Fi camera that was fantastic. The app worked flawlessly on 6 cameras that cost less than $50 each. Wisent’s app that I use for my Hanwha Ethernet Cameras crashes numerous time a day. Simple uploading from their QR code from on top of my NVR is a nightmare. When ADT came out and tried to manually enter the information to my device, it took them several failed attempts to synch it. When I asked the technician how he got it to work, he shrugged his shoulders and said “I have no idea”. The Apple devices that I have are 11 & 17.

Stopped working
The app doesn't work anymore. It won't load the cameras. No matter how many reboots I do it doesn't work.

Every time I try to check my cameras, it does not work. Every time I open the app I just hope it might work. It works every once in a blue moon how can something be a security system but I don’t feel secure if I can’t check my own cameras, and I have to hope and praythat my cameras will finally show

Same connectivity issues
Hanwha needs to address issues with cameras not connecting to app. I have to power cycle nvr daily. Only able to view cams in app 1/10 times I check.
Terrible at loading
Cannot get it to load my cameras hardly ever. No point in having it.
No proper support for iOS
I was setting up an NVR for a client, and discovered that iOS users have to disable “Private Wi-Fi Address” in the WiFi network settings to get cameras to load on both local and remote wifi networks. This occurred on two different iPhones (16 Pro Max, and 17 pro). One client, with an android, had no issues connecting. I called Hanwha support, who was no help resolving the issue and didn’t know anything about iPhones having this issue. Even after getting the app to work, I was not pleased with the speed of loading cameras. Speco and Unifi have a superior experience. If you are an iOS user, avoid this product until they fix their software issues.

No notifications
I was told by ADT that my app can’t receive notifications from system I had installed because I need ver 2.07.07. Well there is no 2.07.07 in the App Store. My reason for buying product was to keep an eye on my business. Please update and fix
When it works it’s fine
I cannot get this app to pull the cameras up. I’m annoyed because there is footage that I need. Fix this
It worked for three minutes
It worked for three minutes once I finally got it set up and then just decided to stop working and I can see that everything is connected properly. The only thing that’s weird is that the app thinks my iPhone is a version 15 and it is not I have to assume that this is a problem with the app itself. It’s pretty basic stuff there’s so many products out there that can do it. Maybe it just needs a bug fix please check your app.

DDNS is short and IP is bad
Worst app ever, it does not support Samsung's old cameras and the ddns is limited by few characters who does that?!
Also the ip doesn't support the device port and rtsp port. It only accept one and remove the other, do your programmer knows your device requirements?!
