No customer service
I will rewrite this once we actually get customer service to provide us what we actually paid for. Thus far this has been a huge bust.
Great app. Only real predictive dialer I’ve found.
This is a great app for the local campaigns I run. Surveys are easy to create and my volunteers love that voters don’t see their phone number or use their phone minutes. Getting the data back instantly is huge.
A simple suggestion.
For the answering machine option, it’d help if there was a way to “x” out the screen without ending the phone call via the “ok” button. Plenty of people have answered mid-answering-machine-message, and it’d be nice if the answering machine option didn’t lock us into hanging up without being able to enter info in those cases.
