Amazing app for tradies, employees and customers
I’ve used the Admin and Employee application for my business now for over 3 months, initially I was a skeptic on using technology over my preferred paper filing and hard copy diarising system.
- LOGAN and CELIA have been incredible with the transition, constant support phone calls when required and even follow up phone calls weekly to check in and make sure everything is working.
- GPS tracking gives me full transparency with my employees as well as the functions included in the “job log”
• job log details are updated instantly and the admin application is notified instantly upon new updates.
•periodic time scheduling
•option to invoice jobs automatically (very helpful)
• job log (full relay of information from employee to manager fits my style)
•photos easily uploaded
•comment section for my workers to leave notes
•jobs cannot be complete without photo proof and comments!
Allows for customers to trust and see a story or detailed description from “on the way”, “arrived”, “job started and job completed”
Customer service side is really helpful to stay on top of my work load, some apps this service or any service is non existent.
As soon as I have logged an issue I will have a phone call immediately and a problem solved.
