I’ve used the Admin and Employee application for my business now for over 3 months, initially I was a skeptic on using technology over my preferred paper filing and hard copy diarising system.
- LOGAN and CELIA have been incredible with the transition, constant support phone calls when required and even follow up phone calls weekly to check in and make sure everything is working.
- GPS tracking gives me full transparency with my employees as well as the functions included in the “job log”
- PROS
• job life details are updated instantly and the admin application is notified instantly upon new updates.
•periodic time scheduling
•option to invoice jobs automatically (very helpful)
• job log (full relay of information from employee to manager fits my style)
•photos easily uploaded
•comment section
Cons:
- the only con was that I could not see jobs in the employee app once assigned, you had to “dispatch” the job after assigning it.
Once this was cleared up there (my own mistake) I do not see any foreseeable cons.
Customer service side is really helpful to stay on top of my work load, some apps this service or any service is non existent.
As soon as I have logged an issue I will have a phone call immediately and a problem solved.

Great Ways for on the road to be customer focussed!
Now when tradies comes to my place, I know this app can help them as I experienced from PAD plumbing week ago. A must app for every Tradesperson who cares about his/her customers!
