Poor Upgrades

The app used to be user friendly and you could better review the performance of your account. It’s very cumbersome now and they removed a lot of the benefits of a touch screen such as scrolling along a chart to see the data. Now it’s just an image of a line graph.

Accounting.

The discrepancies in accounting get worse. Today at 4:00 pm I was down $5617. However, since Friday past at 3:59:59 pm, I’m down over $14,000. Computers go the speed of light, but apparently not on weekends! You’re not responsible for the poor account performance, but it’s not been captured in any timely manner. Now, I say, “Only accurate to + or - $10,000, it’s of no use whatever!

Balance

Portfolio balances are only accurate to + or - $5K sometimes a bigger discrepancy. I haven’t checked recently, but even though I was born in 1950, my age was recorded at 99 years .

One of my investments has been locked away for approximately 9 years and cannot be accessed. Not happy with this company.

My advisor tries really hard and keeps my interests top of mind

These are very difficult times. My advisor has been awesome. Even though I’m a little paranoid, he leads me through every strategy because we are 67 both my wife and I and we cannot afford to be Decimated by our investments

La version précédente nous permettait de voir les gains du jours par titre sur le premier tableau du compte . Maintenant il faut ouvrir chacun des titres individuellement

C’est extrêmement frustrant demander de MON argent et de ne pas être capable de l’avoir après 4 jours et demi OUVRABLES. Je vends une maison dans quelques mois et je vais vous ignoré pour le placement de la vente.

Not fast enough

Respond very very slow, the result only showed next day if lucky, I don’t understand, such large company, but very very slow, should learn from China speed.

Requires to change the password every time I get logged in

Even using the app on the iPhone, it doesn’t recognize the stored password and requires to change it every time I use the app.

Let’s hide how your advisors picks are going

want to see the total gain/ loss for a holding … its 3 screens away and you have to do that for every holding. Good to hide the bag holding your advisor picked .. oh don’t worry your overall doing ok. The daily change is available but we aren’t day trading

Useless

I installed, deleted and re-installed, changed my login, worked with Tech Support and I am still unable to login. I am using the same login as with my MacBook, which works for the desktop.
Support was unable to get it to work. The new desktop version is useless as it is too large for my phone screen.
