Terrible
The decision by BNS to remodel the web and App has been terrible. The “Classic” view allowed one to go into bank accounts and/or itrade/ Scotia Macleod. On the equity side one could look at look at research, look at fundamentals etc. That is no longer available unless one sins out of the mobile App and goes searching for a web page. Even worse, if you save that search once and if you are successful then when you log back in…you are back to square one. Scotia…hire someone from RBC/CIBC/BMO…anyone and get this fixed! This has been going on for over a year now

Not happy
Why did you change the website? It was just fine before? Missing information that used to be on previous site, makes me jump around looking for non existent information that used to be readily accessible

You took away my ability to have the same view on my iPhone as I do on my laptop. From a customer point of view this new view is not what customers want. It is what you want to give to us. Unbelievable poor customer service.
Frustrating
This app is definately NOT user friendly . After hours of trying and phone calls with our Scotia advisor. I gave up.
Poor App
I struggle to log in, every single time I use this app. I also have a TD Canada Trust App, and an RBC App. Both of them work consistently without struggle (and both have 2SV turned on).
