I actually enjoy using this app. I did not think I was gonna use it, but it was actually really helpful when I purchased a new vehicle.

No matter how carefully I drive, the Scotiabank insurance app always shows my smoothness score at zero. In my opinion, this app is a total fraud. It feels like they've set it up this way so they can keep our insurance rates high. It isn't perfect
