If only it were modified, because the traffic congestion always causes brake pressure issues. And he deducts a star from my score, of course, because I have to stop a lot during rush hour.

Misleading
Not user friendly. Supposedly able to view digital insurance card but unable to do so.

I would say the overall experience and design of the app makes it very easy to use.
Issues
Background location services kills the phone battery. A dedicated device should be a future solution instead of an app that consumes the device battery even when not using your vehicle.

Constant login requirement
The app terminates login session after couple hours. Remember me does not work. So almost every time you want to open the app you need to enter your credentials. This drives me crazy

Won’t allow me to change drivers
I carpool to work quite often so I need to be able to change when I am the passenger. It has allowed me to do that many times in the past, but since the last update, it is no longer allowing me to do that. Unfortunately, one of my carpooling people is not the best driver, so now this is going on my record. Please fix the glitch that is causing me not to be able to change this.

Literally every time i go on this damn app it’s like “oh we realized you left so we logged you out” when for the first week of having it i was always logged in when i opened it. Why is this an issue now? and can y’all please for the love of god knock it off!
