Not able to access information
This app is pretty rough as a person who’s with belairdirect. I go on the app where the only information I can see is my previous trips. Not my policy information, no car information or anything else. I’ve tried deleting, logging out, still nothing. Hopefully the developers can work this out ASAP.

App is pretty decent automerit or what ever it’s called is quite the scam ,, Deer runs across the road ..hard breaking to not hit deer is considered bad driving to it …accelerating on to the highway from the off ramp soo you keep up the the flow of traffic and don’t get rear ended equals bad driving .. I definitely don’t recommend it and I feel apps with this feature actually make the roads more unsafe …

Not user friendly - it fails
The app has errors. It gets stuck when trying to add a driver. There is no way to get human help from it. I had to go find the phone number to call for help (like we used to in the past century)
