Not Reliable
Several times I’ve gone to look a documents and keep getting the “oops something wen’t wrong” message. You can’t rely on it, if it’s not reliable.

All information is always not available very poorly designed
Way too many notifications. Almost daily now! :(
Cant find where to turn off notifications like on lock screen. For example I am NOT interested in hearing about offers or prizes. So intrusive and annoying!

The App is great!
I love that my insurance documents are always just a click away on my phone. The app is easy to navigate, which is appreciated by this senior customer. I have had to make claims in the past and all personnel and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and I know at least two of my friends are now directly because of how I was treated in making claims.
