Login loop
Oddly enough I was able to login to the amfam app as a new amfam customer on my iPad, but, I am in an endless login loop with the app on my iPhone. The iPad appears to be using the iPhone version of the app as well which makes this more strange. I have tried EVERYTHING…delete the app and re-download, 5G instead of WiFi and vice versa, VPN on and off, force close the app, restart the iPhone, etc. Nothing works. Seems I’ll have to use the browser version on my phone as I cannot figure this out nor find any help.

amfam does a terrible job managing their website and app making it incredibly difficult to access billing and basic information.

Buggy
Not integrating with Apple wallet to save insurance cards. Every log in asks for contact information update rather than just periodically. Every time I try to request an update to information I get kicked from app. Works great for just basic look up of bill or policy information but in its current rendition don’t expect much more.

Too much friction, app icon says I have 6 notifications. Logged in to clear them. Ope! Log in is slow, takes a minute for them to send the PIN code to log in. So by the time you wait you think, hmm send another so you do and you think it’s the code but no it’s the last code just getting to you lol. Oh still can’t clear the alerts. So I deleted the app.
