Fix your navigation
If you look at your policy statements for vehicles you can't exit or go back to any other screen and have to end task and restart program.
Cannot access cards
I click on the “card” and all it does is spin…..spinning wheel of death….
Then cannot click out of it and have to hard close the app to get out of it.

Great insurance company / terrible app
This app has always been the slowest app on my iPhone. With the last few updates, it barely works. I resorted to using the web browser. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times. Click on your ID card or a policy. All you get Is a square box with a circle that says loading. 20 minutes later it still says loading. Nothing wrong with my phone, every other app works perfectly fine.

Bad
Has failed me twice on being able to download cards and view my plans. This isn’t a one time thing. Its been repetitive. This is why i call my local agent because of this failure.
Update is awful

Insurance card won’t open
The insurance card won’t open in the app. It just continues to load. Have tried on multiple devices. Making it impossible to add to my Apple wallet.
Needs an upgrade
I’ve been trying to download proof of insurance cards for more than a week now and the app just spins. This needs attention and shouldn’t be relied on for getting documents.

The app is ok for viewing general information but the app seems outdated. -The login memory isn’t available and typically requires manual logging in.

Most worthless app ever
The main reason I need this app is to pull up my insurance card or look at policy details. The problem is that when you claim on either one, it just spins. And spins. And spins. It never loads the insurance card or the policy. Seriously thinking of changing insurance companies just to find on with an app that actually works.

I can open the app just fine but the policy details or insurance card never loads. The app used to work just fine and now won’t work at all.

I have never put in a review for an app but at this point, I am so frustrated with it I had to. I cannot open up anything! It just sits and spins and does nothing! This app is suppose to give easy access to all my policies and it does the opposite. I have been a customer of Am Fam for over 30 years… maybe it is time to move on!

App No Longer Works
This app is broken. Insurance cards and Policy Details are not accessible. The app freezes and says Loading until it is force-closed.

Every time I get on to use it won’t let me see any of my information. I try to see my insurance cards and all it does is say loading.
Great Features…if they would work!
The features on this app are great, but unfortunately, they will never load. The system often will time out or crash and kick me out and when you need insurance information your app needs to be reliable.
Fix it!
I have been dealing with this horrible app for years. I just can’t believe that a major company such as AmFam can’t get senior engineers competent enough to get this app to work. The app says no bills are due, but then we get a cancellation notice. I try to look up the bill and nothing comes up. I’m constantly stuck in a spinning screen.
