Terrible
I can’t see my policy for my pet. Can’t see ID cards. The app is hideous. I definitely think I will cancel this insurance and go with something else.

Like many complete trash apps, these pristine reviews are all fake
Just a bad app !
This app does not work at all for adding a new car. Nation Wide is closed on weekends, so newly purchased car on weekends can not be added to policy.
Horrible App
It’s almost impossible to get salient policy information on this app.
Also it asks for identity verification multiple times after having properly verified the identity initially.
Then you still can’t locate the information you need.
Total waste of time

App itself is simple
The app itself is simple. Once in a while i get a notification when my payment will be due but it’s never accurate and as a college student who works a part time it’s really draining trying to predict when it will go through. I wish there was an option to pay in advance but there no option for that.
