Can’t seem to get it
I don’t know how many times I have called, requested, pleaded that I don’t have a middle name! You’ll remove it, but in a few months it reappears again. For the 10th time I don’t have a middle name or initial. But I guess you insist I do & stop selling my information to third parties
Too cumbersome.
Very unfriendly to use. Just to print id cards I’ve spent 30 minutes. My user id failed after resetting back some months. Reregistering my credentials every time is exhausting. I get the privacy concerns but gee, if Apple can make it easy without compromising privacy , so can you!
Easy to use
This app is easy to use and it doesn’t take long to accomplish what you need to do.

It does not remember my device or recognize my password. I have to reset pass word every single time I get on app.

Hate Nationwide a lot
35 years with Nationwide without ever making a claim on over a dozen houses. They’ve raised rates so high that the government says they cannot charge that much. Switching to another carrier.

Basic and can’t do anything
The app is straight forward, but your ability to have come control over what you can and want to do with your accounts is limited, can you pretty much say you have no control.
Always a problem logging in
Stop making it so difficult to log in. This is a critical app and I have had so many issues with passwords not being accepted, account being locked.
Sucks
This app sucks. Facial recognition will not stay on. Found cheaper insurance so I don’t need the app anymore.

A new Customer
So far changing to Nationwide has been easy and flawless. Hopefully and probably this will be the future dealing with Nationwide. We opted to have our safe driving discount, they monitor our driving habits I think through our phones. This seems fair to me as I think I’m a safe driver. If this saves a little money why not. Thanks Nationwide!

Can’t Login
This app won’t let me log into my account. My 457B was moved from Fidelity to Nationwide recently. I created an account online and now every time I try to sign in, it gives me an error that says: “Sorry something went wrong… an unexpected error occurred.”
Pet Insurance
I have had pet policies with Nationwide for many years. They have always been exceptionally responsive and professional through the entire life cycle of my policies. The app has evolved over time to make the process even more manageable, especially in times of stress or grief. The premiums are appropriate based on coverage levels chosen and age of my pets. Incremental rate increases as my pets age are reasonable. I just signed up my two new kittens after the loss of my 18 year-old kitty last year. 👍🏼

Unreliable app
Absolutely sucks. Got cited for no proof of insurance because this damn thing wouldn’t load. I was using the correct password and it said it wasn’t right. Tried two hours later and it worked. Go figure?
Proof of insurance card
I cannot print a legible hard copy of my Proof of Insurance card to stay in my car. The only thing I was allowed to print the type is so small you can’t read it. Why? I’ve printed them before and they were a normal size. Why can’t I print one now?
