Where is Contact Us Information?
Can’t believe that there is no information about how to contact you in the app. Cannot setup auto payment. Billing is incorrect but can’t reach anyone to fix it.

Feeling like too many allow on settings and access given in order to opt into program, feels intrusive

Progressive sold out to Liberty Mutual. So far so good. No big problems yet. The Progressive clerk made some errors entering my data and they never caught it. Liberty caught these errors right a way. I just dont like relying on apps for everything. As they’re offering me a new quote i might see if they can get a discounted rate with how expensive things are. Or if its a scam and they’re trying to bait me with coverage i dont need.

Has the worst bill pay system
Not only does the application have the worst bill paying system I’ve ever seen in my life, but the website is just as bad typically I move my money around different accounts, but there is legit no way to just pay a bill even with the auto pay bill feature if you wanted to manually pay your bill, you have to jump through a ton of hoops, I don’t recommend this for anyone
