Costumer service
I am glad to have an insurance with Liberty, they made a stress free call that last almost 40 minutes. I trust that the next time that I would need to call I will have an excellent costumer service.

The phone part needs revision. For vehicles that have hands free driving the phone use should no interfere or distract driving.

This has been the best car insurance I’ve purchased as a single mother when things happen to my car while I’m out I don’t have to worry what am I going to do who can I call to help. I just pick up my phone and go to this app and they always help within an hour which gives me peace of mind.

I had liberty for about 6 months & they charged me $120-$130 a month for a truck..
Couldn’t hardly get ahold of customer service ever.
There commercials on tv are beyond stupid & garbage.
Only pay for what you need while charging our customers overpriced insurance rates & making stupid 1 million dollar commercials that are cringe.
I’m with State Farm now & have been for awhile now paying $70-$80 now & can actually get ahold of customer service.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but need to confirm each trip you drive or just for ride, because I share the car with my wife.

After years of dealing with low-tech insurance companies it’s great to have one with a simple app that supports most things you need to do. My only criticism is that access to support/questions should be a little easier in the app, even if were agentic.

Always double check your policy representative failed to take off a car I was not driving .
Representative failed to take my car off my policy. I never realized I thought he did and trusted him.
I happened to look at my policy to change my payment date.. saw this car I was still paying insurance on.
I contacted the company and theyREFUSE TO REFUND MY 11 months of payment because I did not cancel my registration!!
I never renewed it!! That should be eneough.
But no they took the car off but keep the money I paid for their REPRESENTATIVES mistake!!
They do not stand with the customer!!
I plan on calling the BBB and looking for another insurance company I can trust.

Because you forced an app update
My pet peeve with all app developers is being forced to update an app to use it. If I’m accessing your app, it’s because I have an immediate need to do so. Having to stop down and download a new app version that is only a week old is annoying.
