Error message preventing login
Within the last year, each time I have tried to login to the app there has been some glitch preventing me from doing so. Previously the screen just never loaded after login. Now there is an error message that populates each time regardless of how many attempts have been made to log in. This app was really helpful when it worked but the last few times it would have been useful, I have not been able to use it.

Glitch with Login Preventing Access to Care
This app has been failing for weeks now. I have needed to access the 24/7 Vet Helpline app that is included with my pet insurance policy. I tried accessing the app to schedule a call at the beginning of August. When I reached the technical error, I ended up booking an appointment directly with my vet. It’s been about three weeks since then and I need to use the Helpline again. This is no longer just a one-off issue and I am extremely disappointed that I’m paying for this Helpline service that isn’t working. The “Contact Support” line takes you to a recording that says there are no agents available to assist and directs you to an email address. An auto reply arrived stating their business hours which my email was sent well within those hours. No one reaponds to emails otherwise. It is terrible that an issue that prevents pet owners from getting 24/7 care hasn’t been fixed in weeks. I can’t imagine how helpless pet owners like me feel thinking they have the peace of mind of this service only to find out, it’s broken. Nationwide is really screwing over policy holders.

Game changer
Love this app and being able to have a “tele-health” call with a vet, So much more less stressful than getting the cats into a crate and driving them to the vet for non-emergency questions.
