Can’t log in
Despite using several times before, now it won’t let me log in. Can’t “set up my account.” I don’t need an account set up. I need my existing account. The problem is no support after 4pm or on weekends. This is when ppl need the app the most- when their normal vet isn’t open.

Amazing Assiatance
I just tried VetHelpLine for the first time today and it was incredible! My bet, Dr Sally Wixlin was kind, responsive, and so helpful when my pup Oscar came in contact with a stick in the eye. She gave me supportive advice and several options for immediate at home care, and going to Vet for further care if necessary. Truly a wonderful tool that highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Dr Victoria Lama is excellent! My doodle had horrible razor burn, which made her red,cut and itchy. She recommended some topical over-the-counter products and then followed up a couple days later. Everything worked well! I am calm. My dog is calm and everybody is happy. I highly recommend you use this service.
