Time to Pet is actually the best thing I ever did for my business
Unironically if time to pet shut down tomorrow I’d just go ahead and shut my business down right with it because holy cow I can’t even imagine living without it at this point. Some of the reviews had made me hesitant early on but I’m glad my admin talked me into it. And even if there are things that aren’t perfect it’s clear they have a dedicated team constantly working to make improvements

Please fix one thing that’s annoying
Super useful app except for one thing. Developers can you PLEASE change the “ date of service” day of the week selector to include the written day of the week e.g. “Monday” 24 Nov 2025 right away? Everyone will always know what day of the week they want a service, but I don’t know the numerical date off the top of my head unless I double check it in the calendar app just before, or just fill it in and guess and then waste my time changing it later. The written day of the week populates in the app after you select the date anyways, so why not make it easy and just have it include the written day right away? It’s especially annoying when selecting multiple dates of the same service. Do I know I want a walk booked for Monday-Friday next week? Yes. Do I know what those exact dates are without looking it up separately? No. Please just make the app the tiniest bit quicker/easier to use by adding “ Tuesday 02 Dec 2025” instead of just “02 Dec 2025” as my initial selection. I understand this is a first world problem but every time I book something it is irritating and is such a simple fix :)

One requested tweak
The app is pretty great, but PLEASE put a selection on the “Time Off” request page for “All Day”- Having to put in a start and end time is tedious when you need to be off all day.
Wrongful termination
BEWARE!!!
This company has scheduling issues, payment inconsistency, and now a lack of professionalism in how they handle workers. I worked with Queen City Pet Sitting for months and really disappointed with how things turned out. Communication was inconsistent, job listings were unpredictable and the pay varied from one booking to the next something that was never mentioned during the interview…
In the job listing it said up to $27 an hour and that is one big fat Lie. Once I started asking about getting more steady work and consistent pay otherwise the job wouldn’t be sustainable, I suddenly stopped receiving any job offers at all. It’s now been weeks with no communication or opportunities Then my account in their scheduling system was deactivated without notice when I asked why this was happening Shauna told me “after reviewing things internally, we've decided that we'll need to end your time with Queen City Pet Sitting. this isn’t personal and is strictly about ensuring the standards of our clients expect” when we both know that is not the truth…
so I come on here to to warn other people who are thinking about using QCPS weather your a pet sitter or client This company is NOT reliable or transparent if you’re looking for stable income or professional management!!!
Luckily I had other job offers lined up once I started noticing the unprofessionalism otherwise they would have tried to let me go discreetly and I wouldn’t have been able to pay my bills this month…
I loved caring for the pets and the clients were amazing I never had one bad experience with anyone but the lack of communication skills and basic professionalism from both Shauna Cole & stacey fisher made this a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
