Who designed this?
The UI is a nightmare. Stacking stripe buttons on top of each other is nonsense. Color scheme has no directional purpose. App tracking and syncing is dodgy at best.

We have been using Precise Petcare for over two years and are very happy. We are a pet care business and our employees and clients enjoy the functionality and benefits of using this app.
Right idea, poor execution
The app/system overall has a lot of great ideas and functions but it is not user friendly and has a lot of glitches that need to be ironed out. They have over complicated the system by adding too many functions. I find the navigation of the app to be very counterintuitive. The app also freezes regularly. I hope they’re able to work these out because it’s an affordable scheduling system with a lot of capabilities.

Too glitchy!!
When the app works, it’s great. But every single week I have to at some point delete and reinstall because it gets stuck when I check in for a job and the wheel continually spins. It literally happens every single week and it’s very annoying.
Confusing to use and other issues
There are a lot of great features inside the app, however, it is very confusing to learn and use. Perhaps too many features in one app makes it complicated. Support is not available by phone unless you leave a voicemail which causes more issues and time trying to learn new software. I would not recommend.
