Invasion of privacy
The app itself works fine. However the need to always track my location is a huge invasion of privacy. Location data for everywhere where I am going, even when I am not driving is tremendously invasive. There needs to be a setting to only have location data available when using the app. This can also impact me since I do not have CarPlay. So my phone has to be on to navigate and this impacts me on my ratings.

Incorrect Data
The app incorrectly calculates data. I have contacted support and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I may remove the app. The MORE OPTIONS doesn’t resolve anything. Stop telling people to click here and provide real solutions. Your troubleshooting recommendations need to improve.
Almost Perfect
I’ve been using DriveMyWay (and the former KnowYourDrive) for around 8 years. I was delighted to see that fast acceleration was removed, but the Hard Break penalty either needs revamped or removed. I try my best to not ride my breaks or slam on the breaks for no good reason. It makes me feel like I should soft break no matter what & that’s an issue as there are times I NEED to hard break to avoid an accident. If hard breaking is the only penalty on a drive, I should be able to identify it as a necessity or not. The only better option would be to remove it all together.

This app is incredibly inacurate
This app thinks everything is a hard brake. I have literally driven to the store and back with no red lights, no stop signs and still got “hard brakes” when slowing for traffic.
