think it’s great & very easy
what an way way to save $$ and appreciate your safe driving abilities.
Junk app
Spotless driving record. Never been in an accident and somehow get hard braking in a drive through. What gives? Truly a disappointing app to feed to your customers. Maybe look at driving records instead. Absolutely garbage if you live in a big city. Don’t drive defensively because then you have a bad driving score. It’s like the company wants you to get in wrecks driving like a moron to sustain a good score. Better insurance companies out there who respect their customers and don’t make them jump through hoops like a circus clown for a disappointing discount. Maybe give honest insurance rates instead of this BS.

Annoying
Hate the app requirement of always sharing my location. Auto insurance should track VEHICLE movement.

This app helps you think about your driving and it even can save you money.
Hard breaking
I am writing to provide constructive feedback regarding a specific feature within your application. While I generally appreciate the utility of the app, I've consistently observed that the hard braking detection system appears to be exceptionally sensitive.
It frequently registers what I would consider to be standard, controlled braking actions – typical in everyday driving conditions – as instances of 'hard braking.' This sensitivity often leads to inaccurate classifications, which subsequently affects the driving analytics and scores provided by the app. From a user perspective, this can be a source of frustration, as it doesn't always reflect actual driving behavior or distinguish between abrupt, unsafe stops and necessary, albeit firm, deceleration.
Improving the calibration or refining the algorithm for this feature would significantly enhance the accuracy and overall user experience. Perhaps introducing adjustable sensitivity settings or a more nuanced interpretation of deceleration patterns could be beneficial.
Thank you for considering this feedback.
