It would be great if I could check my bank account on my tablet or computer without my phone attached to me. If I wanted to do it on my phone, I would. There is no alternative presented other than verifying by my phone. The app itself is mostly okay but the security needs to give options. If I lose my phone, I no longer have access to my accounts.

I love scotia bank but still i can’t move on the fact that i didn’t get my 350 cash back when i open an account! Im qualified but they rejected it so sad.
Probably the worst banking app I’ve ever used.
The UI design is way too overwhelming and needs to be simplified, in the sense that there are too many options on the home page. It should just show the balances in each account and that’s it. I don’t care about seeing ads, scene points, and offers on every single page – that should just be a separate tab altogether. I also hate that this doesn’t show me all of my transactions, or it’s at least hard to find where? It says I don’t have any pending transactions but I know for a fact that I do.
