Needs UI Revamp
It is almost iOS 27. The app needs a better UI interface and aesthetics. The logo can be used alone and the name on the bottom can be CIBC. Dark mode black icon is also a good feature. Scotiabank has a good app as a model.

La pire application bancaire, je peux pas déposer mon argent , l’application jam , la page reste blanche , je dois recommencer 6-7 fois la démarche pour chaque client. Je perds un temps précieux! C’est un compte entreprise j’ai pas le temps de perdre mon temps avec les dépôt d’une trentaine de clients…

Poor poor app
I cannot connect to live chat on the app without it freezing and crashing then disconnecting chat. Calls take forever and always require card handy. It’s an inept system that really makes me reconsider who I bank with. If no improvement this month app will be deleted and banking accounts will be closed.
