Avoid Rogers related apps
Here’s my horrible experience with this app.
1.updated my iOS
2.got the message that username and password don’t match or are wrong. (That’s me never having changed anything always logging with the same password and username.
3. so I reset the password then it says no it’s the wrong password
4. I reset it again it’s wrong again simply put , it doesn’t matter how you reset. You can’t access your account. This is not reliable
You never experience this kind of glitch with a real bank, only with Rogers.

Still very buggy
After numerous complaints about how the app doesn’t work eg FaceID
the app still doesn’t function well. I was hoping that the latest release would have address the long outstanding issues but nope. I can’t even log in now because it’s wanting to send me a verification code to one of my listed contact numbers. Only it doesn’t show me the list!

Cannot connect to server
Love the card BUT the app kept on crashing and cannot connect at all. How am I supposed to see my transactions and redeem my cash back if it doesn’t work. Have never seen an app so bad like this one, please fix it!!

No checking account direct bill payments through another bank
