App won't recognize saved username/password. Reset, still doesn't work.
Bad App for a Great Card
The app feels like it is a version 1 that was rushed out the door to meet a deadline. Very clunky. FaceID is present but never works (always says “servers failed to connect”). Even without FaceID trying to use the basic “Remember me” doesn’t actually remember username.
It’s sad that such a great credit card has such a bad app. It really ruins the experience. Take a look at some of the other modern banking apps for some inspiration ;)

I am not able to enable Face ID thru the app, it’s disabled.
I tried to remove app and re install, offload the app, nothing working .

According to your customer service you need to pay your Fido bill first and then you can redeem but not more than your bill? Why???

Terrible
Absolutely terrible app, Face ID is a waste of time and the app constantly glitches with ‘unable to verify’ or ‘we need to verify’ but then not giving any options for email/text/call despite info being in profile. Do better Rogers.
Cannot remember username
Logged in with remember me checked and then enabled Face ID after logged in. Switch out then back in a while, can't login as user name is empty. Used to work, this is very inconvenient that I have to type user name and password each time I log in

What happened to Face ID?
It disappeared with the last update. Please bring it back!

This app hasn’t worked since the UI update. Can’t login. Really speechless on how they still haven’t fixed that.

App won’t allow you to view your statements. No way to see how much you owe on a statement or when it’s due. Clunky app.
Bad customer service
As loyal customer never did dispute recently got charge fee from them i ask for credit it was $20 and they refused after asking for sup got only $10 credit - bad customer service experience.
Statements Failing
Pretty simple, easy-to-use app but account statements haven’t been available for weeks. Need this fixed!

Trash App. Terrible Design. Terrible Servers
This app is so trash I had to write my first ever review for it “April statements may take several minutes to download due to the file size. If it's not working, return to the Home tab and wait 3-5 mins” yes because April for some reason would be so much larger than March? and why was it also an issue in March? What a terrible excuse for their trash servers. Why is half the Home Screen a picture of my credit card? Just in case I forgot which credit card I have? A literal 5 year old could design a better app.

Untrustworthy
Taking away the last star because I’m no longer receiving notifications of transactions(settings haven’t changed.) In the age of fraud this is an unacceptable bug/breach of trust. Other credit cards provide notifications of ALL transactions no matter how small, and in real time. So think twice before applying for the Rogers Credit Card. Log in issues every time. Not very user friendly. There should be no money spared for a bank/credit card app. If Rogers skimps on their apps, can you trust their security for their credit cards.

Face id for authorization doesn’t work, “servers failed to connect”, did try to reinstall, constantly failed, technical support team blames apple and hang up on calls 👎
