Too many Glitches. Unreliable for e-transfers, drops connectivity with other apps like Monarch. Poor performance in these areas. Makes it difficult to pay a bill by e-transfer as its works only 80% of the time.

Broke the app with the new app layout

You can’t hit the back button with the new layout as it’s under the iPhone bevel time and just opens the Notification Centre. Was fine till I signed out and back in so if you still have the old layout don’t update it

The only app where my username cannot be my email

WTF guys ?
Wake up, having a “@“ in a username is a standard practice since 1990. 🙄

The app and bank are not communicating and cannot access app banking with our new account so frustrating

Application is always requiring a reset of 2 step

I don’t log into the app often but when I do I have to update or remove and redo 2 step authentication. I can’t use the app on both of my mobiles - work and personal. It’s a pain.

Cannot get past Wealth Management Agreement set-up. Can’t sign-in online.

Online banking persists in trying to make me set up Wealth Management agreement. When “finish later” is chosen after signing in, I am then strangely and automatically logged out. Six times straight in a row I have had to log back in. I want to pay a bill and move on from this bank task. Truly no one has time for this. In this day and age, it should not be an issue to have the programming for a web site done correctly. A large institution like Scotiabank has no excuse for this. Time to bank elsewhere.

Very complex when can’t use mobile app or desktop to get 2step code. Want 2 step process removed with a simpler less stressful user experience that doesn’t lock me out to pay bills.

So I have a 550$ overdraft and boy oh boy the bank harasses me daily w a call about being in the overdraft… why do they offer it if they harass you on the daily? I hate this bank and all others as well
