It was good until last update
Mobile cheque deposit was working before, now it keeps rejecting the cheques citing unable to recognize banking information. Please fix it!

When you take a picture of your cheque it instantly says it can’t read the picture. Ever since the last update.

Photo pour dépôt, mobile ne fonctionne plus depuis le 3 septembre
Depuis le 3 septembre cela fait plus d’une semaine depuis la mise à jour que les dépôts mobile, ne fonctionne pas vu qu’il est impossible de prendre une photo du chèque, combien de temps va-t-il falloir pour régler ce problème? Ça devient vraiment ridicule. La prochaine étape est de changer de banque.

Advice plus not working
New app update is causing the advice plus tab to crash out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work either.
