I use these affirmations with EFT and muscle checking

As each affirmation comes up, I muscle check its relevance to me. If I am weak, I incorporate it into an EFT affirmation and work on it until it is a positive. I would like more choices, though.

Great app

Really loving tapping on this app first thing in the morning to start the day with a positive vibe. I understand it was free and so they make their money out of advertising but I really dislike the longer gaming ads which you can't turn off until it finishes.

Crap

Total crap

Bad Choice! Nothing but 1/2 Games popped up!

Very disappointing & deceiving!
Waste of my time!
Never again choose an App that has No Reviews!!! Apps like these give others a bad name!

WARNING!

Do no install this app - as soon as I installed it I started getting swamped by children's game apps - it should be removed from the app store ASAP!

Big Fool

Don't waste your time on this. Upgrade does not work.

Poor App regret purchasing

Total Crap, regret purchasing upgrade thinking I need to to get the full app!!!

Affirmation

Great way to start the day

Poor

It's just 20 written quotes and that's it, very poor.

Extremely Boring

This is the free trial version that I am rating which only includes about 20 affirmations. They are your usual basics and I'm sure the full version might get more interesting. But my dislike of this app stems from the very odd choice of background: that of a woman wearing virtual(?) visor and holding a metal sphere (which is the button for new affirmations). This never changes and is the most boring choice; simply uninspiring and such a turn off that I am deleting this free app, never to consider the full version.

Not good

The affirmations are so so... Also this a trial version, not the "upgraded" version. Your limited to 20 & then u got to upgrade to get ONLY GET 180. Nice set up of the app itself though. Blah..

Useful

Sometimes you need a few words of encouragement for some confidence now and then, and this app provides exactly that!
