I use this app on a regular basis when working from home.

Can not get access code to set up as my mobile number is invalid
Fails a lot
Lots of dropped calls. Rings once then fails even when connected to a strong WiFi signal. Has lost me business
Poor
Bad service, app doesn’t work properly and allow calls unless on wifi even then they drop. Impossible to run a business with such poor service.
Wouldn’t recommend
We’ve just started using this at work, 3 employees with no direct dial numbers. The app doesn’t show missed calls or voicemails unless they’re to a direct dial number so that’s pointless. Ringtone is inaudible in a busy environment but can’t be changed. Out of office setting hasn’t stopped my phone from ringing at weekends. No support available from Eve at all.
