Still uses paper!
The stupid thing about this is that you have to upload copies of bills for confirmation of address.
Most people have all their accounts online now so you have to print out the bit of paper then take a photo of it! What a waste of time

Not very useable, cannot upload 2 bills. Most likely you need to upload a bank statement .

This is a very difficult app to use, it would not accept a photo of my passport and I have now spent 30 minutes trying to solve this
Bored of apps
Just another app to download for very little reason, the desktop version wouldn’t load so forced to load an app which I will instantly delete

You can’t do it if you’re on wi-fi, getting error messages; frustrating; instead of the confusing error message they should just mention that you have to use mobile data on your phone app.
Tricky to use
Not particularly user friendly. Not usual date format for UK. Constant new codes send before current code submitted. Frustrating but got there in the end
