Still uses paper!

The stupid thing about this is that you have to upload copies of bills for confirmation of address.
Most people have all their accounts online now so you have to print out the bit of paper then take a photo of it! What a waste of time

This is a very difficult app to use, it would not accept a photo of my passport and I have now spent 30 minutes trying to solve this

Just another app to download for very little reason, the desktop version wouldn’t load so forced to load an app which I will instantly delete
