Best in class

As an installer, the app makes it super easy for customers to automate their pools. With the latest rev Y and way better infinite watercolor lights they can impress their friends with zoned lighting with infinite colors and dimming!

terrible interface

this app has terrible interface

Sucks

I got ripped off by the builder. This system is junk!

Garbage

This truly is an overpriced hunk of trash. It hasn’t reliably worked and now I’ve tried to submit a support question in the feedback section and it errored out. I tried logging out and back in and it’s still broken garbage. This is really antiquated technology that’s terribly unreliable.

Connectivity

While I like the controls, the App appears to lose its connection offer and is difficult to re-establish connectivity.

Bad

Good with another company if you have options. The whole system is very unreliable and doesn’t consistently connect. Issues for many years and still bad.

Web Functionality Issue

Similar to others, basic app and web portal controls equipment but there have been frequent issues with connectivity to Web for managing schedules or other tasks. Followed instructions through ChatGPT to reset the physical device but that shouldn’t be necessary.

Connection was always good

Never had an issue with the app or connection now all of a sudden when I try to turn on my pool filter or my spa and I go from pool filter to spa mode and then try to turn it off. I never even had the heater on. It’s telling me cool down mode but never turns off. I have the Manually turned it off with the breakers.

Great System

We love our iAquakLink pool System, it has everything right at our fingertips

Expensive, but does the job.

We have a plain vanilla 16x36 in ground rectangular pool surrounded by tall trees that love to shed their leaves. The robot does an excellent job in clearing it all up. In addition it will tell you when the robot is full in order to complete the cycle.

The Worst!

This is quite possibly the worst app I have on my phone. Actually, it is. The number of times I have to refresh the application for it to connect to. My system is unbelievable. I have just spent five minutes trying to get my spa turned on through the app and I’m still not done. I’ve got the blower and I’ve got spa mode on, but I can’t get the heater to turn on. Don’t even get me started if you want lights. It is truly awful and the customer service experience is not any better when you try to troubleshoot.

Asking me to reduce the security of my network (remove any special characters from my password) is not a solution.

No Apple Watch Access

Decent application but there is no Apple Watch accessibility. When in the water you need the phone to operate features when the watch being waterproof could do the same.

Equipment

Great product!!!!

Convenient

I love being able to operate everything from my phone.

Vacation House

Convenient
Works great

Love my Pool

I enjoy the control of iAquaLink, but it’s hard to run a complex system on or with it! I have a gas heater had well as a Heat Pump for cooling. I’ve yet to control the HP. Please send a technician to my house and fix this problem

Need major usability upgrade

It’s so old fashioned and need to modernize UI and integration with other Smart Home platforms such as Home Assistant

Connection issues and not user friendly

I’m new to this app after just completing our pool and I absolutely dislike this app. About 50% of the time the connection isn’t working to access any of the controls. Once you are inside the app there are too many options to set up a “schedule” and even that’s confusing. Not a fan.

NEEDS UPDATED

it is a barebones web interface. Operates slower than a snail and completely unintuitive. If you press spa it raises a banner which says when spa is on pump will be running. Then it has an ok button. It should say “SPA ON” or SPA OFF”
to release the banner.

Connection

Constantly drops connection and have to reconnect. Lights on the app do not match what the actual color is in pool. Have to cycle through them lol to find the right color.
