This is app is very good if you’re looking for a drawing app. The colors are super cool and if you don’t like the colors, there’s a color wheel. Multiple different drawing tools like pencil, air pen, thick marker, etc. The only bad thing is no bucket tool so, you have to shade in everything which isn’t so bad!

I tried playing on it on my phone but it exited the app when I tried to draw but I can play on my iPad

Folder needed to organise art work needed
Good app. However there’s no form of organisation for your artwork. So it can get mindfully messy. Please create folders that we can place projects in
Its a good app but..
The premium features like reference windows and re sizing you could get from watching one ad, but now you can only pay for it and they got rid of the ads for the premium features. Im really disappointed because i used to love this app and made alot of drawings on it and not to mention that theres no option to view your speedpaints.

When I was bored so I drew but then when I accidentally press something that deleted it and am disappointed so THATS why I gave a 1 star am trying to delete but I can’t.

its not the worst program to use in the world, the ui is simple and intuitive, the paywall is a little annoying but its whatever. i just wish the app was more accessible for like drawing tablets and bluetooth stylus, thats it.
At this point, just make the app paid.

I've been using iArtbook off and on for around 3 years now, and before I lost access to my old Apple account, I'd bought Pro. Now I can't use the app in full anymore because all of the features that free users once had to watch an ad for are now ENTIRELY locked behind a paywall -- including essential tools like Select, Transform, Flip Canvas, and I kid you not, SAVING. That's right, you can't SAVE your art unless you pay the developer first, which is something I've NEVER seen an art tool or app do before. No one in their right mind would charge you money (in an app advertised as FREE, by the way) to download your own art.
To anyone looking to start drawing on their iPad, DON'T DOWNLOAD iARTBOOK. It's not worth it anymore. You're better off using Procreate, ibisPaint, or Medibang Paint than paying for this steaming pile of garbage.
To the developer: Your app used to be SO much better and everybody was happy with it before, so why are you intentionally sabotaging it? NOBODY WANTS THIS. Your app's ratings are suffering. You're driving all of your once-loyal users away and ruining the creative process and experience for newbies. It isn't fair to advertise your app as "free" and then gatekeep necessary tools and features from users.
Either fix iArtbook or make it a paid app. Stop wasting our time and falsely advertising something that isn't even free to begin with.

Too much pro
I’ve been using this app since 2024 and back then was way better than the experience I’m having now I mean, I can’t even save my art piece! If I do a drawing or animation I can’t save it at all and that ridiculous. You can stop people from using features but stoping them from saving an ART PIECE is crazy; what’s the point in doing that when less amount of people are gonna use the app.

I can not find a NORMAL!!! pencil. The zoom tho is amazing but add a clear normal pencil it will be way better if you do. :(

It’s good, but
It’s kinda hard to you. I don’t know. It’s just me or something else, but I would recommend you can put pictures and show you can like twice over it but the trace over it kinda hard to use, but I would recommend.
Excuse me, but could the adds come back?
I get how a lot of people hated the adds, and I agree with them, but at least we got to use the tools! Now it’s pay or nothing! It was better with the adds! (Side note if you do add them again, maybe don’t put them around every corner, or if you do, MAKE THEM SHORTER!)
Worse than most digital art apps
Im a youtube animator that just started and the ipad i animate on is really old so i cant download any better apps and my parents refuse to get me a phone.
