Bought this 4 years ago with the intention it will grow with my child
No new update for the iOS it’s useless thanks for the 200$ down the drain. Developers tell me to upgrades if I do that there goes another 300$ ☹️. Fool me once shame on you. U know the rest never going to buy this product again I hope you guys close ☹️

App update
This has been a good camera but I can’t use it anymore since you haven’t update the app. Is there an update in the near future?

This is a fantastic product, however, the M3 camera is no longer supported. After emailing support and was promised a free upgrade camera because THEY had made my perfectly working unit unusable, all contact stopped coming from ibaby.
I’ve since brought a new camera from a better known company and love it. I fail to understand why the new app doesn’t support the earlier cameras.

Discouraged/Upset
To whom this may concern,
Can someone please have the decency to update the software of this app to the newest ios? I paid a pretty penny well over $200 for this camera, this was not a $20 or $30 camera to throw away after 4 months of use... Now it’s totally useless and I just have it collecting dust.
P.S. Forcing me to buy and upgrading to another/newer camera isn’t the solution. Like I mentioned before, I already paid a pretty penny for it and I will definitely not pay another $200+ to buy another camera for another 4 months of use again. I’m totally turned off and discouraged with this negligence on behalf of the developers...
