Lags behind in releases.
It works ok when it’s up to date. The network support lags a great deal. Frequently the video or photo alert/recording-won’t engage even after restarts. Seems to be release related. It won’t run on a 5G, network . Since with the movement alert on you gather a fair number of files, the edit to delete is cumbersome.

Can’t change networks or submit feedback
Every time I try to submit feedback it doesn’t work and I can’t change the WiFi network so it’s useless
Do not waste your money
This helmet camera and app are so problematic. The app seems like it has not changed in 10 yrs. I recently updated my ipad software and I believe the IFamcare app and now the camera views on my ipad are sideways. Support for this product has been poor too.
Do not buy!
I only gave a five star so I can be on the front but do not buy this camera, it barley works and it some time logs you out for no reason I don’t understand why they would give a very bad camera to the public and barely works the laser broke after a month of using it .

I wish I could give negative stars. It’s so disappointing because the camera never even connected. I looked up online for help and found many experiences like my own. Please use this as your warning: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAMERA OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I tried for hours to get the camera to connect but the app just errored out and told me to try again. I reached out to their support FOUR TIMES FOR 3 MONTHS and never even got a response. Not even an email saying they’d received the request. Take my advice: spend your money elsewhere. I now have a camera I cannot use because the app is worthless.
