ホームページでは、英語と日本語でアプリ対応してるらしいんですけど、日本語にはどうやって切り替えるんですか？
届いた。
まだ使い始めなので使用感等は細かく書きませんが、とりあえず届きました。
説明書、アプリは全て英語でした。
睡眠状態(レム睡眠、ノンレム睡眠)を記録してくれるので、自分がちゃんと寝られているのかが分かるようです。

The Device is finally here
I have tried it out 2 nights and the sleep stats work great. It tells you what side you sleep on and the phases of sleep.
I am not sure the lucid dreaming part is working though. My wife says she hasn’t seen it light up while I have been asleep. I have had a few normal dreams the 2 nights I have tried it.
I am going to delete and re-install the app as Arenar said a few months ago you should delete and reinstall the app which I didn’t do.
