A big update but still the same silly problem
They sent us emails. They kept telling us that they were updating the business banking app, but it still has the same problem that the old app had. When you’re doing a remote deposit, the app still doesn’t bother to use the flash to make light better. I am in a well lit room, but my dark surface is a desk. Between the light and the check is me taking a picture. So that means that every single time I deposit a check, there are my hands and my phone On the picture of the check. Every other bank takes advantage of the fact that the phone has a flash but not Beverly bank.

Add flash to check deposits
Such a pain to have these things rejected all the time. Add an automatic flash to the app when depositing checks. Should be simple. My other bank succeeded. Update 10/3/21: no change. Of all my banks this app is the worst. It’s the only one with a separate app completely for business. The endorsements aren’t found 90% of the time when doing a remote deposit. No flash still. Blah.

Password login needs improvement
Very frustrating that you have to change passwords every 90 days. You inevitably forget it, get locked out, and have to change it again. No other sites require 90 day password changes.
Personal banking app doesn’t do this, and allows finger ID for login. Something business banking should offer as well.
