Awesome side gig
I’ve been an ibbu customer service rep for just over a year now. They continue to update the app to improve the experience. I’ve loved it from day one. But as with any self employment job, you get back what you put in. If you are willing to invest the time into it then you can make some good money. I average 400-500 usd per week doing it for one company.

Waste of time
Don’t waste your time with this app. The app never works right and you get very little support. They say it’s working, but there are so many issues. If you like working all day for $10, this is perfect for you. You will answer so many questions that you will get zero commission on and there is zero transparency. This really feels scammish, not sure how they get away with this.

Customer support doesn’t answer
I downloaded this app and set up my account months ago. Since doing so, I’ve had an error telling me to complete my invoicing info even though it has already been done. I’ve reached out to their customer support FOUR TIMES to get this resolved and they never answer.

Quand on s’inscrit à ibbü, on nous demande quels domaines qu’on connaît le plus. Une fois arrivé pour effectuer sa première mission, je ne reçois que des missions dont je n’ai aucune expérience... ce serait bien de ne pas seulement avoir des missions en rapport avec la menuiserie, pêche ou construction...

Les missions disponibles dans l'app ne correspondent pas toujours à vos passions car nous proposons l'ensemble des missions ouvertes, pour vous permettre de répondre à tous les quiz possibles. Vous pouvez par ailleurs être contacté directement par nos équipes si une mission qui correspond à votre profil s'ouvre :)
Worse customer service ever.
I’ve been trying to close my account for like 6 months. I’ve contacted customer service, but I can’t respond to any of the messages they send me. Then when I contact CS and tell them I can’t respond they still ask me questions as if I could respond to them after telling them I can’t respond. Overall terrible company and I’m sure it’s employees aren’t making a quarter of what they should be making because the company takes the rest.

Will not receive chats unless app is open all the time which makes it highly difficult to multitask.

I love working with ibbü not only by helping people and getting a paycheck, but know the legitimacy of the company and always getting paid for what I sell and achieve by helping customer worldwide.
