No Face ID! IBI can’t help

For almost ONE YEAR, the FaceID unlock is not working on IBI’s app, and requires the user to enter a password, a SMS and a one time passcode EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. 3 steps every time! When I leave app reviews, they always asks me to call them, but IBI’s associate over the phone cannot help either. Investigating the issue, the app seems to have a bug related to FaceID permissions on iOS. As opposed to any other app, if you disable FaceID for this app and then reenable, IBI’s app does not require FaceID to grant permissions again, so the app is never unable to properly reenable the FaceID. It does not matter if you delete and reinstall the app. It seems IBI’s app keeps something in the system after deletion - like a log or something - that creates a bug in the app. IBI, please, fix the app or change the app provider. This is a terrible user experience!

Latest IBI’s Jan 26 app update is broken

IBI’s app update made on Jan 26, 2026 made the app even worse: 1. After the update, the future RSU vestings are not considered anymore for the main graph in the screen, meaning they always show 100%, presenting an incorrect information. 2. IBI’s app is still unable to login via FaceID. Users are required to enter the email, then an SMS code, then a single time authentication code EVERY TIME. IBI’s app is not even able to remember the user email, something that is completely inexcusable. Already contacted them over the phone but they are not able to figure out this app.

Still no Biometric Login Option in iOS26!

Update: Still no FaceID login option as Jan 2026.

[Previous Review] As per November 2025, it is still not possible to login via FaceId. A couple of days ago I spent more than 20 mins over the phone with IBI’s support and they also don’t know what is going on with this app. It’s just a pain to every single time have to enter the email, then the password, then the authenticator code only to follow my company stock! Please devs, fix the FaceId on IBI’s app! For reference, I am running the latest iOS 26.1 on an iPhone 13 PRO.

[Original Review] Hi! Ibi’s app for iPhone is being very difficult to use recently. The ability to login via FaceID was removed, and worst than that, the app does is now unable to remember the user id itself in the login screen. This means that a user like me with 2FA has to complete 3 steps to login: Enter the email, then the SMS code, then the 2FA via authenticator app. It’s terrible. Several apps does this automatically via FaceID effortlessly in one step. Hopefully Ibi will fix the app soon!
