Incompetent management
A tenant got stabbed by another tenant, management’s conclusion was that both were fighting and decided to evict both including the VICTIM!!!

Overall the app works but here is THE question for the developer to think and improve on:
Why is it the smart meter top up must be minimum 58.82 kWh which is equivalent to RM 58.82 (RM 1/kWh) ? The option stated starts at RM 50 - 50 kWh but the app insists minimum top up MUST BE 58.82 kWh. Doesn’t make any sense.

Forcing tenant top up minimum 50unit
I don’t know why they force tenant to top up minimum 50units even there have a column to enter specific units will prompt out at least a msg minimum 50kwh

Please improve the UI for After-Payment page
I’ve been using it for 7 months, but the UI for the after-payment page still hasn’t improved. I can’t select the ‘X’ button on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro because the ‘X’ button is located at the top of the screen and isn’t well-optimized for these screens. I need to exit the app and reopen it. Luckily, the payment was successful.

App crashes when select date for Daily Meter Usage
This apps is a great app so far. Except that we cant donwload the tenancy agreement even though it says it has been downloaded. Couldnt find it anywhere after try downloading it many times. Also, I want to see my history of Daily Meter Usage for pass one week. The app crashes everytime I touch anywhere around the “From” date selection area.Hopefully developer can fix it.

Wow! I never knew such a holistic system existed today! As a landlord who just completed her first co-living, I wish I had found out about this exposure before. If you want to have a complete free of mind and worry free experience, iBilik's iot is the one to go to. I will definitely use this system for my future co-living unit and it is easier to scale up the business! It covers all your worries with a click of a button, like tenants can easily pay online via auto debit or credit cards, and you can see the report. What I love is that the payment controls the unit, which means it activates all the utilities, and ties into the smart locks. If the tenant doesn't pay on time, everything is locked and no electricity, but when they clear their payments, everything is automatically activated again. So great! Also, with all the smart locks, meters, even tenancy can be signed online, 360 degree view, superbly nice to get all these doing work for you. Awesome is an understatement
I’ve been doing room rentals since 2016 and all the issues I’ve had to face is being handled by iBilik’s IoT. My only regret right now is not being able to use the system much earlier. Would have saved me thousands of hours managing room rentals.
Yeah so you can get some of the hardwares cheaper elsewhere but you can’t get the intergration that iBilik offers. Believe me the full intergration can make a huge difference whether you’ll have an easier time expanding or not.
