Very poor customer service
I think this is a great mission, and I wanted to support this company. However, they have terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible. They made a mistake on an order in 2024, and on 10/4/24 they said when they got a new set of black bracelets they would ship one on their behalf. Two years goes by, and no new bracelets were added to their website. On 5/10/26, I reached out because I noticed the black bracelets I was promised were back in stock, and was hoping they would send me a set. On 5/10/26, 5/13/26, and 5/23/26 I sent emails to their customer service email, and have not gotten a response to any of those three emails. Unfortunately, I’ve given up at this point, but wanted to save people the hassle if they plan on ordering and have to deal with their nonexistent customer service.

THIS IS THE FUTURE
I love this bracelet and what it stands for! This is the positivity that we need more in the world.
