Looks good, but not on iPad

It could be a great app. But only iPhone is supported. So 3 stars to get in there comes a version for iPad (Four year later - nothing changed. Only one star! PLEASE give us a version on iPad!!)

Mobile app is useless

This mobile app is useless and difficult to navigate. It’s been 2 days dealing with this product and I find it very frustrating. I’ve used Robinhood mobile app for years and it’s ages ahead of this one in usefulness and ease of use. It says I have 3 messages, and I can’t find messages. I can’t change the length of time per candlestick. There’s no way to add anything to the chart, like moving averages, etc. I can’t buy or sell directly from the chart. There’s a multiple second wait when I change screens and sometimes this produces an error message.

So bad it’s not funny

Trying to sign up sent me in a loop all over the place then got in by randomly tapping a button. & that was just for the paper trading account. No matter whether you click 1 day a month or a year or 3 etc it just changes the squiggly chart with no other info, you cant actually see a percentage etc of change over that time period, only shows you today. So you have to pick stocks based on only today’s info. Tried to close paper account went around & around I circles with AI that doesn’t work then it told me to use chat but to use chat it closed & said I have to sign up for a live account. So to close the paper trading account I have to actually sign up to a full account just to contact support. So I have to give them more info to ask them that I don’t want them to have my info. Then after more circles it says that they hold your paper trading account info hostage for 12 months before deleting. Horrible experience & app. Minus 1 star if I could. & this is meant to be their simple app platform.

Experiencia con IBKR

Fantástico

Great ui

Thanks for updating the ui from past app, this has great ui but many places are still web based, kindly make them a part of the app.

Appreciate the UI

Super application très complète et c’est moins cher dans les commissions de transaction

Charts have no % change

I genuinely think this is the worst trading app in the AppStore and I’m shocked that IBKR allows this app to ruin its reputation. How come in 2026 the charts have no percentage change? Seriously?!

It is suggested to delete or hide accounts that have been closed for a long time.

Dear Interactive Brokers Product Team,

Hello! First of all, thank you very much for your continued efforts. I have always trusted IBKR for its functionality and professionalism. While using the platform, there is a small detail about user experience that I would like to share with you, and I hope you might consider whether there is room for improvement.

In the client portal, when an account has been closed, it still appears in the account list indefinitely. For users with multiple accounts, this makes the list unnecessarily cluttered and causes unnecessary distraction during daily use—it significantly impacts the experience, especially for users who care about tidiness; seeing closed accounts permanently displayed can be quite frustrating. Friends of mine have mentioned similar feelings, and many agree that a cleaner interface would make the experience much more pleasant.

I would like to ask whether the team could consider allowing users to permanently delete closed accounts from the list. If this is not possible due to compliance or audit requirements, could a compromise be to add a “hide closed accounts” toggle, with the default set to hide while retaining the option to manually view them? This way, necessary information is still accessible, while the interface remains cleaner.

I understand such changes may involve multiple considerations. As a regular user, I sincerely hope the experience can be made a little more seamless. It would be wonderful to see a related update in a future release.

Thank you again for your hard work, and I wish IBKR continued success.

Sincerely,
A Loyal User

Orders were deleted and they don’t make themselves responsible!

Today, ALL my limit Orders were deleted and they don’t make themselves responsible! I had dozens or them. Obviously the buys and sells were not activated, and I had directly economical impact. They are so fresh to day I had to restore the orders myself. Anyway the impact was already done, but they are careless. Terribly bad!

Déconseillée

Impossible de trader après avoir approvisionné mon compte. Blocage sans raison, sans explication. Interface illisible et lente. Je déconseille vivement !

Improve the app!!!

Terrible user experience bad user interface. Use t212 as reference and make something like that. Simple and easy to use!!!!

Became worse

From update to update….now the daily performance is gone. Why should anyone only want to see the total, thats really useless.

UI and UX

Much better and modern UI then the normal ibkr app - are there any future updates lined up ?

Clean Interface

I like it more than the other IBKR app. It’s clearer, less confusing

Appli ne fonctionne pas

Sans doute ne gagnent ils pas assez d'argent pour garantir une application sans bug complètement plantée ne se connecte jamais aussi serveur. C'est très rassurant pour un site ou on dépose de l'argent

Suffers from the same pitfalls as the normal app

I was recommended to try this app on my original review, implying the problem is on my side because I’m not experienced enough, that’s not true, and IBKR should make a real app that doesn’t depend on the website for most of the stuff you need. This is on you, not on the user.

IBKR as a service is great, but the mobile apps leave a lot to be desired, since it's not fully native, going from different sections is a back-and-forth between the native app and parts of the website.
Technicals aside, long story short: this leads to bad user experience because of inconsistent loading times, inconsistent Ul elements, and overall lackluster UX with lots of loading bars. I use Schwab, whose app is a REAL, 100% native one, and is a delight to use. I'd switch to IBKR because it's better as a broker, but this website-app crossbreed prevents it, what a shame.

Can’t login

I keep receiving connection errors and will infinitely retry to connect me. There’s nothing wrong with my connection as everything is operating at its full capacity so why I can’t login? I’m glad that this is a trial account and not a real account.

Basic and not tablet friendly

Couldn’t find how to update my employment info (now retired).

How can it only be suitable for phone use why not run full screen on iPad

Needs a lot of work. It’s as clunky as web version. IBKR has the resources to sort this out. Best bet would be to start again rather than trying to fix this.
