Charts have no % change

I genuinely think this is the worst trading app in the AppStore and I’m shocked that IBKR allows this app to ruin its reputation. How come in 2026 the charts have no percentage change? Seriously?!

It is suggested to delete or hide accounts that have been closed for a long time.

Dear Interactive Brokers Product Team,

Hello! First of all, thank you very much for your continued efforts. I have always trusted IBKR for its functionality and professionalism. While using the platform, there is a small detail about user experience that I would like to share with you, and I hope you might consider whether there is room for improvement.

In the client portal, when an account has been closed, it still appears in the account list indefinitely. For users with multiple accounts, this makes the list unnecessarily cluttered and causes unnecessary distraction during daily use—it significantly impacts the experience, especially for users who care about tidiness; seeing closed accounts permanently displayed can be quite frustrating. Friends of mine have mentioned similar feelings, and many agree that a cleaner interface would make the experience much more pleasant.

I would like to ask whether the team could consider allowing users to permanently delete closed accounts from the list. If this is not possible due to compliance or audit requirements, could a compromise be to add a “hide closed accounts” toggle, with the default set to hide while retaining the option to manually view them? This way, necessary information is still accessible, while the interface remains cleaner.

I understand such changes may involve multiple considerations. As a regular user, I sincerely hope the experience can be made a little more seamless. It would be wonderful to see a related update in a future release.

Thank you again for your hard work, and I wish IBKR continued success.

Sincerely,
A Loyal User
