Unfriendly app
Extremely complicated to use compared to any other app the amount of times I had to login with loads of information I’m dizzy by now, it’s not like a regular working app
Speed
I would give 0 stars if possible. Considering the amount of profit, budget this company has. Yet trying to squeeze every dime from the user which is fine as well as IBKR has more bells and whistles compared to other platforms.
But the worst of the worst part is the speed of the app be it on mobile, iPad or Mac. It’s seems I am using windows xp. Keeps buffering.
Makes me wonder if users needs to pay a subscription for getting a decent speed for the app too!!! Soooooo slowwwww.

Too slow after hours
After hours trading is not for this platform
Want to like but not even close
Clunky and cumbersome. Key info hidden behind confusion and stupidity. Everything is overly complicated. Very poor information provided and even worse charting capabilities. This is nothing more than a place to store money and make trades. You will need to pay for another service to actually look at charts in more freedom and better control. I like some of the stuff IBKR offers but I’m forced to remain with think or swim a sub par brokerage with more strict trading rules because of how lacking IBKR is in almost every other category.

Locked out of my account for weeks
I reset my phone due to a software update. I lost access to my account because I only had Microsoft Authenticator to log in, when I reset my phone I did not have Authenticator backed up. I didn’t realize that. Now I have tried to contact interactive brokers for weeks and I can’t get anyone on the phone, chat, email, Reddit. There’s no real customer support. They want me to have a support ticket to talk to anyone, but to get a support ticket you have to log in, I can’t log in because I don’t have the login setup for Authenticator since I reset my phone. This has been a horrible experience. There needs to be an easier way to get help.
