Not able to withdraw funds from phone
Not able to withdraw funds from phone. It said a notification was sent to my phone, but no notification was sent. I think it doesn’t send notification when the app is open. But of course, my app has to be opened otherwise how am I supposed to withdraw from phone.
What this means is if I am traveling and don’t have access to desktop or laptop, I cannot withdraw my funds. If people need funds in emergency, you screw up their lives.

Worst finance app experience ever
To be fair I’m not commenting on the main functionality of the app, because to start trading you need to deposit money. I must have done this with 20 apps at least in the last 5 years. I have never experienced anything close to being as bad as this experience. Not only do you have to fill in details of the transfer before you do the transfer, where the whole window times out and closes when you switch to another app to get the details, it then asks you to go through the whole process again a second time after they’ve already matched the transaction. In the second one they force you to add a dollar amount, even when the transfer was not in dollars and your default currency is not set to dollars. It’s a painful and frustrating experience end to end.
I had heard that this was a serious platform, and perhaps it’s great if you never need to move money into and out of it. But decent platforms let you move money in and out within minutes with just a couple of clicks. Why would anyone design a process this bad?

The Investment Company is great but the mobile app the past year has been spotty at best always kicking back “communication errors”

Terrible app. I blinked an eye and it asked me to enter user name and password. Every other app have Face ID retry. This app you fail once, you have to enter user/password. Not usable. Terrible.
