Worst finance app experience ever
To be fair I’m not commenting on the main functionality of the app, because to start trading you need to deposit money. I must have done this with 20 apps at least in the last 5 years. I have never experienced anything close to being as bad as this experience. Not only do you have to fill in details of the transfer before you do the transfer, where the whole window times out and closes when you switch to another app to get the details, it then asks you to go through the whole process again a second time after they’ve already matched the transaction. In the second one they force you to add a dollar amount, even when the transfer was not in dollars and your default currency is not set to dollars. It’s a painful and frustrating experience end to end.
I had heard that this was a serious platform, and perhaps it’s great if you never need to move money into and out of it. But decent platforms let you move money in and out within minutes with just a couple of clicks. Why would anyone design a process this bad?

Good Investment Company
The Investment Company is great but the mobile app the past year has been spotty at best always kicking back “communication errors”
Worst UX on the market!
It’s like a time capsule from the early 2000s, unbearably slow and clunky. Their rates must be the only thing keeping this old thing alive.

Terrible app. I blinked an eye and it asked me to enter user name and password. Every other app have Face ID retry. This app you fail once, you have to enter user/password. Not usable. Terrible.

Do not fall for this trap. I was referred by a friend thinking I was eligible for $1000 stock bonus for signing up. My mistake was I opened my brokerage account first and the account with all of my money is my IRA WHICH WAS SECOND. I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE NEW SHARE BONUS IN MY LARGE ACCOUNT AND AM ONLY GETTING A FRACTION OF THE STOCK I WAS EXPECTED. THIS IS FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND JUST POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT.

The best mobile app for trading. They now have a great combo builder for Futures options. This app is getting almost as good as the desktop version. I use this app everyday. Keep up the great work.

Trading Platform - Options
Platform is not intuitive when trading spreads. A short position means you are buying a negative dollar spread. How stupid is that? Thought I left integers in grade 10 math. Beware.
There are more intuitive trading platforms out there (e.g. BMO or TD).
