The IMPACT app helps you invest responsibly in companies that align with your personal values, using environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. You can explore companies based on your chosen values, monitor your portfolio's performance and grade, and even make donations to your favorite charities directly through the app.
Key features include the ability to select personal values to find companies that match them, explore companies based on these values, monitor your portfolio's performance and grade, and use the 'Swap' feature to improve your portfolio with a single order. For US residents, it also allows direct charitable donations and viewing giving history.
The IMPACT app itself is free to use. However, investing in financial products involves risk to your capital, and your investments may increase or decrease in value. While the app facilitates responsible investing and donations, the actual trading and investment activities are subject to market risks.
Common use cases include aligning your investment portfolio with your personal ethical and social beliefs, discovering companies that share your values, tracking how well your investments perform according to ESG principles, and easily donating to charities directly from your brokerage account.
If you require access to options, futures, and forex trading, you can use your account on Interactive Brokers' other top-tier trading platforms such as TWS, IBKR Mobile, and Client Portal. The IMPACT app focuses on responsible investing and portfolio analysis powered by IBKR.
