Great product, ruined
When this product was sold originally, the company was helpful, responsive and the product was excellent. In recent months, the support has been dreadful to the point of rudeness and the app is deliberately ‘hobbled’ to force you down an utterly irrelevant subscription route. Our advice, avoid this product and definitely avoid the subscription.
