Password issues
On password protected files- i dont get a prompt to decrypt files with a password. So files get downloaded, link expires, and i cant use them. And need to ask for a new link.

This app is awful, I need to bet a paystub and I have had nothing but issues and have had little to no help in this

Congratulations, you removed all the useful features. You removed the resume upload function, which was the only reason to use the app.
The app is a data hog. Even after deleting all of the cache and downloaded and uploaded files it still takes up huge amounts of storage space on my iPhone. The only way to clear the space is to delete the app.

cool all in one
wors perfect and really cool an all in one aspera client app.
IBM Aspera
This app fails miserably for those who wish to view and download content on a mobile device. IBM should now that not everyone works at a desk or can carry a laptop around. I work in a very mobile environment and therefore new access through a mobile device and it’s just not possible with this product.
