Strata czasu. Nie pokazuje możliwości przesiadek. Pokazuje po prostu „brak połączenia”. A ja mam sama wymyślić możliwe połączenia z przesiadką.
Nie pokazuje i nie daje możliwości zakupu biletu na sypialny lub kuszetkę.
Nie pokazuje, że nie ma rezerwacji miejsc. Muszę się domyślać.
Sama zmienia wybór z pierwszej klasy na drugą. A jak się nie godzisz to wracasz do pozycji zero, czyli szukasz od początku. 4 godziny straciłam na aplikacji tej i Bilkom. Jadę na dworzec.

This idiots developing this app all must have severe Down syndrome. Nobody with IQ higher then room temperature would come up with such a nonsense

In the history of public transport apps I haven’t seen worse app. Completely useless.
Huge issue with logging into the app.
No English mode for foreigners.
Cannot buy a ticket through this app.

Unfortunately I didn’t get far into using the app. The website has an English option so I was hoping the app would too. I realize they don’t need to serve foreigners, but buying tickets digitally, especially on an app, as a visitor would be greatly appreciated.

Tried several times to purchase tickets (after opening account with SkyCash - another useless app - did someone got bribed to use it as payment???) to no avail.
Bought tickets on web browser with same email. In Browser it shows tickets as purchased, in app it does not.
What’s the reason to have it?

This app has no other language support besides Polish.
I am sure if it supported multiple languages it would meet the minimum needs. But it doesn’t. This has meant that most of my travel around Europe have been outside of Poland.

Useless for visitors
Completely useless for visitors! Maybe take a look at Deutsche Bahn app or many other european train apps, that are user friendly and in different languages.

Mialem problemy z zalozeniem konta na poczatku, bo aplikacja siadala. Potem problemy tego samegk typu z kupnem biketu, ale teraz wazystko dziala. Niepwenie bo niepewnie, ale dziala!

Aplikacja wymaga ode mnie przepisania obrazka, ale co chwila robi reload i nie wyświetla klawiatury.
Logowanie jest Maksymalnie utrudnione, jakby kupienie biletu to był przywilej.

Horrible app that is slow, bulky, and doesn't support a different language other than polish. Why not include English, to make it easier for visitors to buy your tickets?!
Obviously this app was only put on market for the sake of saying they have a mobile app. In reality this app is useless. Use a little money and some brains to fix this mess please!

It is badly designed
Animations are bad. While internet data transfer happens there is no icon in the status bar. Looks like some student project, from not so smart student. I never tried to buy a ticket since the way the app works made me not trust it enough to give it a try.

Bezuzyteczna applikacja
Po nacisnieciu daty w wyszukiwarce ekranik z wyborem dnia pozostaje pusty a caly ekran szarzeje I koniec. Zamkniecie I otwarcie aplikacji nie pomaga. Jedynie jej przeinstalowanie pozwoli otworzyc ekran wyjsciowy tylko po to aby znow nie moc wybrac daty.

To chyba nowy rozdzial jesli chodzi o podroze. Opoznienia nie sa juz problemem z ic navigator:))) polecam wszystkim podroznikom!
